Privacy Policy
Your trust matters. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and the choices and rights you have.
Last updated: 11 June 2026
Visa Alliance Philippines (“Visa Alliance”, “we”, “us”), the Philippine office of the Visa Alliance network, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to ph.visaalliance.com and the enquiry, consultation and document-preparation services we provide from the Philippines. We handle personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its IRR, and — where relevant to applicants and applications connected to Australia — the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)). Where we deal with individuals in the EU/UK, we also act consistently with the GDPR.
1. Who we are
Visa Alliance Philippines trades under Visa Alliance Philippines and operates from Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. We provide career, education and Australian-visa application processing and document-preparation services. We are not registered migration agents. Formal Australian immigration assistance and migration advice can be provided by MARA-registered agents within Visa Alliance Australia, by any other registered migration agent of your own choosing — searchable at mara.gov.au — or by an Australian legal practitioner.
For privacy questions, contact our team at admin.ph@visaalliance.com (see section 13).
2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to help you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Enquiry & consultation details you give us — name, email address, phone/mobile or Messenger handle, country, the visa pathway you are interested in, your occupation or study goals, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
- Application & document information (only if you become a client) — the documents and details needed to prepare and lodge a visa application, which can include sensitive information such as identity documents, qualifications, employment history, health and police-clearance documents.
- Technical & usage data — IP address (anonymised in analytics), device and browser type, pages viewed and referring links, collected only with your consent through cookies (see section 7).
- Communications — emails, Messenger/social messages and call notes when you contact us.
Our website enquiry and booking forms may be provided through trusted third-party tools embedded on our pages (for example an email-marketing or scheduling provider). When you submit such a form, your details are processed by that provider on our behalf under their security and processing terms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and offer a free, no-obligation conversation about your goals and the visa pathways that may be available.
- To help keep your documents in order and, if you choose to proceed with Visa Alliance Australia’s MARA-registered agents, support the lodgement of your visa application.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry, application status and our services.
- To improve our website and services through aggregated, consent-based analytics.
- With your consent, to show you relevant updates and measure our marketing.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
4. Our lawful bases
We rely on: your consent (for analytics, marketing cookies and optional communications); the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one (to process your enquiry and help progress your application); our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services (balanced against your rights); and legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9).
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services:
- With Visa Alliance Australia’s MARA-registered migration agents, only if and when you choose to engage them for registered advice and lodgement — that choice is always yours, and you are equally free to use any other registered agent of your choosing (searchable at mara.gov.au) or an Australian legal practitioner instead.
- With service providers (such as our form/booking, email, hosting and analytics providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
- With government authorities — principally the Australian Department of Home Affairs — where required to lodge or support your application, and where we are legally required to disclose.
6. International transfers (Philippines → Australia)
Because we help you migrate to or deal with Australia, your information will be transferred to and processed in Australia (and may be processed by service providers in other countries). We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients protect your information consistently with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles before transferring it.
7. Cookies & tracking
We use a strictly-necessary cookie to remember your privacy choice, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and the Meta Pixel (marketing). No analytics or marketing tags load until you opt in via our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy. You can re-open your choices here: Cookie preferences.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. Enquiry data for consultations that do not proceed is kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Client application records are retained in line with migration record-keeping obligations.
9. Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: be informed; access a copy of your information; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure or blocking; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent (including for cookies and marketing); data portability; and to lodge a complaint. To exercise any right, email admin.ph@visaalliance.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
10. How we protect your data
We apply organisational and technical safeguards — access controls, secure transmission and staff confidentiality — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
11. Children
Our services are intended for adults. Where we process a minor’s information as part of a family application, we do so with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
13. Contact & complaints
For any privacy request or concern, contact us at admin.ph@visaalliance.com or write to Visa Alliance Philippines, Carmona, Cavite, Philippines. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph) or, for Australian-handled matters, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
